making you look fat. This will work against your own goals. When your body
lacks the essential proteins and nutrients, it will become susceptible to
illness. You will become prone to infections and other diseases. Therefore, you
must be very clear about your own priorities and not lose sight of them at any
stage. As a lady and in particular as a mother you need to be physically strong
for your family to be stable. The goodness of the family lies on the health of
the woman.
All these are not to depress you
from making any weight loss efforts. It is also not to support you to over eat
and gain undesired weight. We are just trying to highlight the importance of
