Recently when I wanted to enroll for Aadhar for my one year old daughter, I browsed in the Internet to know the details of "how to register for Aadhar?" According to the recent news The UIDAI website itself they have mentioned that for children below 5 years old they can register for aadhar without the need for finger prints as there finger prints keep changing very often.
