HOW TO GROW HAIR LONG AND FAST

I found the best recipe for hair growth and was not full of chemicals and dyes like most products.
It is a at home DIY recipe and uses healthy products (can be bought organic).

Ingredients:

  • 1 L (4cups) water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 6-8 springs of Rosemary
  • 1 - 2 lemons
  • 1 Bag of Organic Green Tea
  • 1 Tbs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Method:
  1. Boil the water with the salt. The salt is used to help the water boil quicker and i took inspiration from the Sea Salt Spray at Lush Cosmetics. Salt is also used in foods to draw out moisture, so this would aid in bringing out the essential oils in the rosemary.
  2. Add the freshly cut and washed Rosemary. Rosemary works to gently irritate the scalp to circulate the blood flow and this helps to grow hair longer and ensures less fall out. A technique also worth trying is the Inverted Technique, which is viewed 5 MILLION TIMES in this youtube video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xx5ZB4EoMis .
  3. Add sliced lemons to the broth. I used lime as that was what i had available at the time. The lemon is used to remove the product build up in hair but not to strip of natural oils. Also, lemon is a natural lightener and will bring out your natural highlights of your hair.
  4. Add Organic Green Tea Bag. Caffeine can be used in hair to liven up dry and lifeless hair. Green tea has low caffeine levels, but would not darken your hair like black tea or even coffee would, as it can be used as a natural hair dye. The gentle green tea scent is also so beautiful in your hair.
  5. Bring broth to a simmer after boiling for 30mins - 1 hour. This step allows the natural oils in the rosemary to seep out and mix with the salt and lemon.
  6. Leave to cool on stovetop. Do not attempt to continue with the method while the broth is hot and untouchable.
  7. Strain contents into pourable container. I used a paper towel over my strainer to not allow the tea leaves to enter through, or you could simple repeat the process until you are happy with the results.
  8. Add Apple Cider Vinegar. There are many reason why apple cider vinegar can be used in your hair to make it healthy. http://www.babble.com/beauty/10-ways-to-use-apple-cider-vinegar-for-hair/ .
  9. Pour complete product into a old water bottle. I used a bottle that i have to squeeze in order for any liquids to come out, this just ensures that i do not pour the ALL the contents on my hair in one go. The water bottle can now be easily stored in your bathroom.
I use this DIY hair product after i have shampooed my roots and conditioned the ends of my hair.
I start by squeezing the liquid into the roots of my hair and working it down to the ends. I then gently massage my scalp to evenly spread it all over.
