How To Stop Smoking

Cigarette is one part of the problems of health that must be addressed. The number of people who smoke make the environment worse. Those who already smoke is difficult to stop from the effects of smoke. There are two types of smokers. The first is active smokers, and the second is passive smokers. Now, we will provide a solution how to stop smoking for active smoker.
1.       You must have a strong desire to quit smoking from within yourself.
2.       Ask for your family or friend who no smoker to remind that you want to quit smoking.
3.       Reduce the amount of your cigarette consumption per day bit by bit, if one day you smoking by 12 cigarettes then subtract two rods so that one day you smoke as much 10 cigarettes. Do this way for a week on a regular basis.
4.       Next week, reduce again the amount of your cigarette consumption of 10 cigarettes to 9 rods, do it this way for a week.

5.       After you smoke 9 rods per day for one week further reduce your intake so that you smoked 8 rods per day.
6.       Do this way regularly every day and in each subsequent week you reduce the consumption of up to 5 cigarettes.
7.       Avoid  from environmentally active smokers, this will be very helpful because we will not be tempted to smoke again.
8.       Hold on for a month and then again reduce the number of cigarettes you consume each week until you actually stop smoking
Problems that arise when trying to quit smoking and how to cope:
1.   The environment invites you to go back into active smokers
Solution: If your environment is a smoke area, avoid for reasons that must have been before you honestly say you want to quit smoking.
2.   Smoking is an activity that is difficult to remove at a certain time because it has become a habit.
Solution: eat, drink, exercise, and do activities that occupy so you do not have time to smoke.
