Tips to Lower your blood pressure naturally

Blood pressure is a serious problem in the India, but it does not have to be. Stop going to the doctor for all your medical needs and use natural remedies like this instead.


To naturally rapidly lower your blood pressure all you need is a few simple ingredients:

2 liters cold water

2 ½ cups unpeeled sunflower seeds

Methods:

Put the washed unpeeled sunflower seeds into a pot, pour the cold water in and place the bowl on the stove and cook over medium/high heat. When the water begins to boil, reduce the heat and continue to cook for two hours.

After two hours strain the liquid, once it cools drink one cup of it at the beginning of the day.

You can also regulate your blood pressure using onions. Simply put a midsize onion head into a jar and pour a cold glass of water over it. Let the onion stand overnight.

When the onion has stood all night, the remedy is ready. Drink the liquid from the jar when you wake up the following morning, make sure you do It on an empty stomach. Repeat the procedure in the evening
