Tips on how to Make Children Eat Healthy Food

We have always encouraged our kids to make healthy eating choices right from their earliest taste of solid meals. So here are 5 ways we motivate healthy eating in our home.

Shopping together.
Once every seven days, we take our meal planner and my kids and I head to our grocery store together. In doing this, we are setting an example by creating healthy food choices by purchasing foods that are neutrinos and healthy for us.

Eat meals together as a family
Many years ago I read somewhere that eating dinner together as a family at the end of the day was a great to establish sound eating habits, setting an excellent example on healthy eating options as well as create quality family valuable time.
