Tips Beauty & Health

Eat your vegetables and fruits
I'm sure you've heard this saying more than a few periods, but we are going to say it again, beauty starts from the inside out! This statement can't be more true. Nature has graced us with pretty much everything we need to achieve healthy and charming hair, skin, and nails, all wrapped up in colorful little packages we call fruits and vegetables.

Drink LOTS of water
Water is one of our biggest suggestions to achieving healthy and beautiful skin. There are so many wonderful benefits to being properly hydrated, including:

Keeps skin moisturized.
Reduces the appearance of fine lines and fights the signs of growing old.
Helps to flush out unwanted toxins.

Exercise
Don't ignore to exercise! Exercising can help with a multitude of health and beauty issues. Of course there's the obvious reasons, such as muscle and cardiovascular benefits, which most of you are familiar with. Exercise also really helps to flush out the unwanted toxins that build up in our system. If your looking for a increase of energy, exercise can help with that too!

Moisturize nightly
One more thing to add to your nightly routine, and it's so worth it! Nighttime is a kind of "magical" time for your skin! While you sleep, our body is renewing itself, and this includes your skin. Your cells are busy restoring themselves as you sleep, which makes it prime time to apply your moisturizer.

Almond oil
Sweet almond oil is among our favorite beauty tricks for silky, shiny, smooth hair! We recommend using it as a hair mask 1-2 times per week. We leave it in on overnight to let it fully soak in, but if you're short on time, a few hours will work as well. Remember to tie up your hair before sleep in a bun or braid so the oil doesn't get all over your bed. It's best to do this mask on dirty hair, since you'll have to shampoo it anyway.
